Numero Uno Kaluga

Kaluga caviar comes from the large and long-lived Kaluga Sturgeon, inhabiting the Amur River basin and parts of China. This species can reach over 1,000 kg and up to 5.6 meters in length, with a maturity age of 15-20 years for roe production. Our farms focus on environmental sustainability, mimicking the natural conditions of the sturgeon for optimal health. The result is a delicacy with sizable, firm beads and a distinct, buttery taste, ensuring both a unique culinary delight and the protection of wild sturgeon populations.

Kaluga caviar, with its bold flavor and buttery texture, is fantastic on its own or with traditional blinis and sour cream. While aged brut Champagne and single malt Scotch are sophisticated options, a range of mature, richly flavored beverages can also pair well, offering a balance to its richness.
