Numero Uno Osetra

The Golden Osetra, known scientifically as Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii, originates from the Caspian Sea and Danube River. It is distinguished by its unique golden skin and reaches maturity at 10-11 years, with a lifespan up to 50 years. Weighing between 20 to 80 kilograms, this species is nurtured in our aquacultures that mimic its natural environment, ensuring the production of exceptional quality caviar.
